Delete your CruxR account

In the app

Open CruxR, go to Account, tap Delete Account and follow the steps. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address you use with us with the subject "Delete my account" and include your CruxR username. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your username and credentials, all saved items, summaries and transcripts, remaining saves and referral rewards. Backups are purged within 30 days.

What may be kept

Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, and minimal records we are legally required to retain. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it first in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
