Last updated: 1 October 2026. By creating an account or using the CruxR app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your username, password and all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at cruxr.live/delete-account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the links and content you save. You give us permission to fetch, store and process that content only to provide the Service to you. Only save content you have the right to access. Do not use the Service for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to overload or abuse our systems.

4. Summaries

Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are for personal reference only and are not professional advice; check the original source for anything important.

5. Saves, coins and referrals

Saves, coins and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse.

6. Paid plans

If paid plans are offered in the app, they are billed by Google Play or the App Store under that store's terms, renew automatically until cancelled in your store account, and refunds follow the store's policies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will update these Terms and their date when they change; continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
